Exchanges, Refunds and Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase; if you’re not, we will be happy to provide an exchange or refund based on our policy below:
If you’re not entirely happy with your item, or even if you’ve changed your mind, return the item to us, as follows:
- Make your return within 30 days from the day of purchase
- The item should not have been installed and/or assembled.
- Installed / used and assembled items will be eligible for replacement and not refund if the items are faulty or not functioning as described.
- Faulty (after installation and use) can be returned within 1 year*** of purchase, all such returns will be either replaced after repair or shall be replaced with a similar product wherein difference in the selling price will be payable by the customer.
- Items cannot be returned for refund or exchange** without the original receipt or proof of purchase*
Changed your mind – get a refund?
If you’ve changed your mind, simply return the product in the original packaging with all components included within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase provided the items have not been installed / used and /or assembled.
Used and working bulbs cannot be refunded after 7 days of purchase.
*Proof of purchase
- Valid till receipt detailing the item, transaction, cost and day of purchase
- Bank, building society or credit card statement (printed paper version)
- For our exclusive branded items such as “Glozo”, “Legend” “”Lume Italia”” etc. , it isn’t always necessary to have your receipt.
*** Unless other explicitly stated at the time of sale all our products carry a one year replacement warranty. If the product you are claiming the warranty is not available, out-of-stock or discontinued, we will replace it with a similar product wherein difference in the selling price will be payable by the customer.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
